We are seeking an experienced Leasing Operations Manager to establish and execute the operational foundation for a newly formed retail leasing business unit. This role is highly hands-on, focused on developing workflows, policies, compliance standards, reporting systems, and cross-functional processes that enable a scalable leasing platform.
The ideal candidate is self-directed, operationally rigorous, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments, partnering across legal, finance, brokerage, and back-office teams to create structure and consistency. This role will serve as the operational architect for the retail leasing function, supporting long-term growth, compliance, and performance tracking.
The base salary range for this role is $125,000– $145,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations.
