About the role:

The Resident Services Professional is responsible for providing customer service support. As the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will provide accurate information, support leasing activities, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless resident experience from initial inquiry through move-in and beyond.

Hourly pay range:

$24.00 - $26.00 DOE

This is a full-time, temporary position with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. The role is benefits-eligible and offers the opportunity to earn leasing bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional resident services through daily interaction and professional correspondence.

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects, directing inquiries to appropriate resources as needed.

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Provide complete and accurate rental information to prospective residents.

Promote the outstanding housing opportunities within the Sunrise Management portfolio.

Encourage property visits and coordinate appointments with Property Supervisors and Site Managers.

Schedule appointments for supervisors, residents, customers, and vendors.

Accurately process rental applications in a timely manner.

Prepare lease agreements and move-in documentation for execution.

Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Communicate important information clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.

Assist residents with submitting and completing work orders.

Organize and prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for community events.

Represent Sunrise Management and its communities with professionalism at all times, maintaining a polished and businesslike appearance.

Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing policies and regulations.

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in property management leasing and administrative support required.

High level of computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, prospects, and team members.
