Our clients have bought shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes or multifamily buildings as a way to invest, instead of buying stocks. These investments provide secondary income or may be for future retirement cash flow, diversification and/or even a tax shelter. The typical commercial real estate owner is a business owner, retired teacher, a 30 yr union welder or even a professional athlete looking to own a piece of the American Dream.
