Marcus & Millichap, the industry leader in commercial real estate investment services, is expanding its management team in Montreal. We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative commercial real estate professional to lead brokerage operations, drive revenue growth, and cultivate top-tier sales agent talent across the region. Must be an Experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent/Broker/Manager who has a track record of success at closing transactions and building long-term client relationships. The desire to coach, mentor, and lead other commercial real estate agents is a must. Must also be fluent in English and French. About the Role This is a dynamic and fast-paced leadership opportunity for a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a proven track record in transactions, client development, and team leadership. You will oversee agent performance, drive strategic initiatives, and lead with integrity and vision.
