Job description
Our SelectLeaders client builds residential communities with unique, sought-after amenities . They have decades of experience deploying, preserving and growing capital in real estate investments and development opportunities throughout the world.
They are currently looking for a Land Development Manager that will work in Raleigh and assist with various local land development projects.
The job includes Owner’s representative type duties overseeing site work and amenity construction, working with professional consultants and land development contractors, as well as communicating daily with cross functional teams. Emphasis will be placed on quality control, safety and ensuring schedules are followed and jobs are staying within allotted budgets. This role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
